Tuition and Fees

2017-2018 Tuition and Fees


  • $250 (non-refundable) per family for new students.
  • $150 (non-refundable) per family for returning students if re-enrollment packet is submitted by April 30, 2017.
  • All packets submitted on or after May 1, 2017, will incur a family re-enrollment fee of $200 (non-refundable).

RESOURCE FEE: $500.00 PER STUDENT FOR TK-12TH GRADE (Non-refundable)
The Resource Fee covers books, teaching supplements, software, and standardized testing. The book portion of this fee is a prorated fee based on some books being consumable and some lasting more than one year.  If a student withdraws, the Resource Fee is not refunded and any books or supplies are forfeited.

Resource fees are due no later than June 15, 2017, for all re-enrolled students.  Families who re-enroll after June 15, 2017, have ten days to pay resource fees in full.  Failure to pay the resource fee will result in student(s) losing their spot and being disenrolled. 

CAPITAL FUND FEE:  $250 for first child and $50 for each additional child, with a $350 maximum requirement per family.  The Capital Fund Fee will be due by December 1, 2017.

The Capital Fund Fee (formerly known as the Fundraiser Fee) covers the acquisition, upgrade and improvement of our facilities. This fee helps cover expenses like painting, replacement of carpet, repairs to classrooms, restrooms, maintenance of playgrounds, landscaping, impact charges, etc.  This fee covers expenses beyond what regular tuition covers. Families are given an opportunity to offset or possibly cover the entirety of this fee via pledges and sponsors in the annual 5K event.

WITHDRAWAL:  Students are considered enrolled for the entire school year; therefore, budgets and teacher contracts are set accordingly. The early withdrawal of a student creates an opening, which LCA may not be able to fill.  If a student withdraws for any reason, other than military orders, the account balance must be paid in full.  Official transcripts, report cards, and records cannot be released or sent to other schools if an outstanding balance remains at LCA.
